The Brazilian government expressed concern over the news of an armed attack on the building of the Azerbaijani embassy in Tehran, resulting in the death of an employee of this mission, it was reflected in the statement of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Brazil recalls the principle of inviolability of diplomatic missions and the importance of protecting their facilities within the framework of international law. The government of Brazil expresses its solidarity with the government and people of Azerbaijan, as well as with the family of the victim,” the statement said.
